The Sokołda is a small, very clean river flowing in the Knyszyńska Forest Landscape Park. It is a right tributary of the Supraśl, into which it flows near the village of Zasada after 57.5 km from its sources. The Sokołda, combined with the Supraśl, is a great kayaking route for a 3-5 day trip.
The Sokołda is a lowland river, but along the entire length of the kayaking route, also after connecting with the Supraśl, there are constant and periodic water damming, often forcing kayaks to be carried along the shore. This is an additional attraction on the route, additionally diversifying the beautiful landscapes of the Knyszyńska Forest.
