comfortable quiet rest in comfortable conditions
Pisa is a right tributary of the Narew, 86 km long, and flows from beginning to end towards the south, meandering very strongly. Despite its small width, the Pisa is a navigable route along its entire length connecting the Great Masurian Lakes with the Narew and further with the Zegrze Reservoir. The Pisa begins in Lake Roś in Pisz and flows through the eastern part of the Piska Forest and the Kurpie Plain, and as a right tributary flows into the Narew at the height of Nowogród.
The river is ideal for planning a 4-5 day rafting trip and avoiding the crowds of tourists typical of Krutynia or Czarna Hańcza. However, it guarantees equally beautiful forest-meadow landscapes and clean water. Another attraction on the trail are sailing yachts heading towards the Narew or the Masurian lakes.
